iHeart Radio: CEO’s You Should Know - Daniella Yacobovsky, Co-Founder and President of BaubleBar

Daniella Yacobovsky is the Co-Founder and President of BaubleBar, the first fashion accessories brand to redefine how women shop the category. After several years of crunching numbers in banking and private equity, Daniella and her best friend (and future Co-Founder) Amy Jain enrolled in Harvard Business School. There, they would ultimately conceive the idea of BaubleBar one summer and turn their idea into a school project. Upon formally launching in 2011, the pair quickly realized BaubleBar cornered a niche in the fashion accessories industry as the first go-to brand offering unparalleled selection and style guidance, all at a guilt-free price point.

BaubleBar since has expanded into a unique multi-channel, multi-brand, and multi-category company, leveraging real-time data to better inform design and assortment decisions. The main brand is available through a variety of retail partners, including Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s, and can be found in over 200 retailers across 17 countries.  In 2017, BaubleBar launched SUGARFIX by BaubleBar, a sister brand available exclusively in 1,800 Target stores and on Target.com. The brand continues to evolve, with licensing partnerships with Disney, The NFL, and The MLB.

Daniella resides in California with her husband, two sons, and dog Mario. Daniella holds a B.S. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
