iHeart Radio: CEO’s You Should Know - Susan Elias, Executive Director of Moveable Feast

Sue Elias currently serves as the Executive Director of Moveable Feast, a nonprofit that improves the health of Marylanders experiencing food insecurity and chronic illness by preparing and delivering medically tailored meals. She has 30 years of experience working in human services, community development and community organizing. Prior to her role at Moveable Feast, Sue was the Executive Vice President at the Parks & People Foundation where she oversaw programs creating park equity in Baltimore. Sue was the Director of Volunteer Resources at St. Vincent de Paul for twelve years where she engaged thousands of volunteers serving in homeless shelters, youth programs and job training programs. Sue graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Affairs from the University of Notre Dame after which she served for two years as an international volunteer in rural Chile. She received a Master of Social Work in community organizing from the University of Pittsburgh.
